1. Bookings & Payments

• Advance confirmation may be required for outstation or peak-day travel.
• Payment modes: cash, UPI, card, or bank transfer as agreed at booking.
• Final payable includes agreed fare plus applicable tolls, parking, and state entry taxes (if any).

2. Cancellations & Changes

• Please inform us as early as possible for itinerary or timing changes.
• For long-distance or special-vehicle bookings, late cancellations may incur a charge to cover allocated resources.

3. Service Standards

• Vehicles are new-model, regularly serviced, and sanitized.
• Drivers are trained, courteous, and instructed to follow traffic and safety regulations.
• Seat belts are recommended for all passengers; child seats can be arranged on prior request when available.

4. Liability

• We take reasonable care for punctuality and safety but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond control.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during travel.

5. Jurisdiction

All services and transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
